The original author text is offered under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. This licence does not relicense quoted passages, source documents, code from other projects, trademarks or other third-party material. Their own terms continue to apply. In particular, OpenStax Chemistry 2e is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0; its excerpts are identified at their point of use. The OpenStax-based material is offered under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 for noncommercial use, with adaptations identified. The Scrum Guide rendering retains CC BY-SA 4.0. The companion’s THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md records the remaining component terms and original source addresses.

German quotations from Kafka are accompanied by the edition’s own English glosses. The English descriptions of Euclid’s propositions are the edition’s own paraphrases. Russian and Greek labels in quoted code are retained; English explanations of engine output are marked as the author’s paraphrases.

The selected cover scene shows glass and paper. Its English typography is composed separately. In-text illustrations are generated artwork, selected for the book; rights to the Arxo name or logo are not granted by this licence.

The companion recompiles selected historical models with npm-installed @arxo/cli 0.2.4 and records its adaptations. All 383 selected scenarios and 50 printed shell blocks passed on macOS ARM64. SI test expectations were preserved. Water reproduces its result and proof hashes; four support states and four receipt scenes also passed. Current locks include source and artifact hashes. Equivalence to the retired semantic release and execution on other platforms are not claimed.

The companion excludes Syzdyq’s handbook and its long embedded quotations. The runnable model keeps a bibliographic reference with ABSTRACT_ONLY source status, preserving its rules and expectations. Source-text coverage is not claimed for this model. The archive supplies no CLI executable, product implementation source or system font files. Editorial and source-language checks were completed with Codex and Astra. A human reader pilot has not been performed. Console excerpts preserve recorded wording; the public CLI may format its output differently.
